Preparing for a LIVE tuning session! ECUTEK or VERSATUNE

In order to make the most of our tuning session together, we need to make sure all of the proper tech is set up ahead of time.

Be sure you read and follow the instructions ahead of our meeting below. If any part of this isn't followed, you'll be rescheduled.

• We'll be using Team Viewer for this session. Have it downloaded on your computer ahead of time. You can do that here.
• Before our meeting, have TeamViewer installed on your laptop. 5 minutes before our scheduled time, you'll open TeamViewer up, have an internet connection and send over "Your ID" and "Password" using the "Pre-Live Session Onboarding form, linked below".
• Be prepared to share your screen during our TeamViewer meeting. If there is anything on your desktop or otherwise out in the open that you don't want someone looking at, please hide it. We respect your privacy. 

So long as the above is followed, we'll be able to use our entire hour making the most of your tuning and not on technical issues.
